The Magical Sambal Chilli

It's been more than a week since I arrived in Norwich.

I have been surviving on breads, whatever Zest (self-service restaurant on campus)serves, souped noodles, microwaved macaroni and curry rice. I decided to try something different.

Ingredients:
- Egg noodle
- Carrot
- Egg
- Sambal Chilli

Step one: Boil egg
Step two: Boil carrot
Step three: Cook noodles
Step four: Pour away water
Step five: Mix sambal chilli with noodles
Step six: Serve in bowl with carrot & egg on top

And voila! One of the best noodles I have cooked up all these while. อร่อยมาก

One week down

Another 11 more weeks to go.

The sun actually felt warm today, even though it was still rather cooling. I'm wondering how I would cope upon returning to Singapore during the Christmas break.

*breaks out in sweat*

Can you hear?

Sadly I won't be able to. Da Endorphine will be at Club Nana this Sunday.

What happened to the water

Oh! The horror was losing the water supply, something we probably hardly see or hear of in Singapore. A good thing I wasn't in the shower when it happened.

Update: After more than an hour, the water's back on again. Thank goodness!
